This free program was the first of its kind in the Denver Metro area and it continues to be one of the most successful. Every year, hundreds of HBC members clear the path to purchase their dream home. Our Dream Makers will provide you with a personalized step-by-step action plan that includes:

We will send you a secure online application for you to complete as well as schedule a convenient time to meet with one of our Dream Makers.
Dream Maker
Work with your Dream Maker to determine the community that best fits your needs, and we will connect you with our preferred lender to start the pre-qualifying process.
Purchase Agreement
Complete a Purchase Agreement on your new home, as you continue to work with your Dream Maker to improve credit and overall financial situation.
